Hmm, okay.
I think that's the line you should use in your team bio to get your trophy. But I think it should be src (short for source), not scr.
So that's:
<img src=http://fumbbl.com/teams/115801.jpg>
(Which works for me.)
But that's html code, which doesn't all work on the forums. Here, you need something like:
