Hello everyone.
I tried to upload pics for my players but it just won't work.
I resized them so they are 114x169 pixels and weigh less than 10240 bytes but it still won't work when another coach could upload one (for a test) i sent him.
I have two questions here:
- Must the pics be uploaded from a specific folder?
- May it have to do with the fact i have a Mac (power pc G4, 1 ghz, 512 sdram, OS 10.3.9)?
Any advice will be much appreciated.
Thx.

This won't help you, I'm afraid, but I've found that the best size for the pics is 114x117 pixels. With a smaller height, you're going to see white borders in the client. |

There is a problem with the gallery functionality under Safari. Since I don't have a mac to test on myself, I am unable to effectively figure out the problem.
Two ways to solve this:
1. Install Firefox and use that instead.
2. Buy me a mac |

Mac users use GIF and JPG just like us normal human beings, Nighteye. |

Heh.
I remember trying to help Christer debug that a while ago. It's just some odd bug with Safari. It does, however, work fine in Firefox (or Camino, if you prefer to have your aqua widgets and nice little touches like system keychain integration). I never tried 10.4, which has a few updates to Safari as well. Anyone have any experience with the gallery when running Tiger (and therefore the newer version of Safari)?
But yeah. Screw FF and Camino. Buy Christer a mac instead. |
