Did you ever decide to keep a player who had -ST?
I just don't see what kind of player would be worth keeping after losing ST, it's the worse possible casualty and to me it's just as bad as dead. |

I kept this thrall because they were a handy leader on a newish league team. I havent regreted it. |

Wow snap!!! I kept this player too. http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&op=view&player_id=5144180
Thrall with leader and a - st. I really regretted it however when he failed a gfi to support a block with a mighty blow vamp and died, took a re roll and failed and took the apothecary with him too.
So what I was expecting was a vamp block with mighty blow that could have ended up with an injury ended up with:
An exposed vamp:
loss of 2 re rolls the used one and the leader one
and no apothecary on a weakened vamp team.
I hate vamps. |

I always fire all injured players, but I'd probably keep a -ST dauntless gutter runner, for example. |

I'd keep a -st'ed gutterrunner with horns and dauntless
Possibly a claw/rsc CW too
Ooooh! ooooh! Or a ma 10, ag 5 leap wood elf catcher
And a DP hobgoblin, lino etc. on a team strapped for cash |

Pure elf-bowling throwers. At least if all they do is drop back on turn 1 and then launch the ball up field for the TD on turn 2. As they shouldn't be used on defense, there's no need for ST or AV
EDIT: My wood elf thrower actually roled +ST for his 7th skill, but ended up taking leap, as it was much more useful to him. |

I have a woodie block dp lino with -ST that I keep because -ST doesn't affect his fouling. I might replace him if at 31spp he doesn't get something interesting - dauntless would be nice, or even a stat. |

In my own league a dwarf aged -ST, but rolled a double. So the double was used for dauntless and the player was kept for the time being. |

a -str player is going to go but I tend to keep him. Either for:
-cheap LOS men on late game.
-if he has something special (ag 5 for exemple)
-if he doesn't inflate my TR too much (the TS diff won't make a big difference anyway)
-if he's a dp (foul even with eye on late half 1 for exemple)
ps: hey Jan, I thought you would dich that policy one day or another. IMO it's a bit maniac |

Justin Blackblood suffered a strength drop in this match.
He was killed 18 matches later. In the meantime he gained kick as 3rd skill, made a completion, a touchdown and was chosen as the most valuable player once.
The team did quite well with him. |

One of my Orc teams has a -ST Blitzer. He aged on his FIRST skill roll. His second roll was doubles and he got Dauntless, he's still useful. He's basically a Goblin with AV9. |
