I think SkiJunkie had the right IDEA with his definition. If you would think the offer was crazy, why should the other coach think differently.
Normally (if I'm not at work or grumpy), I'll accept any resonable challenge. To me 'reasonable' is the outcome of the game (with average luck) is unknown. I like a well fought match. Some of the best(most) games I've played on FUMBBL have been ties. On occasion I try to take a match that I will lose (especially if I know the other coach is good), I like to refer to them as ego-checks . |

i wouldn't play a lot of the matches that i pick in reverse cause i try to pick matches against teams that touch stronger than mine that I think i can still win if i play well
reverse that and i have a stronger team playing against my own slightly worse team which if i play well should be an easy win
i turned down loads of games cause i thought they would be too easy to win

Ahh Grum. There in lies the beauty of my definition. You would still be a cherry picker. You just prefer expending the effort to climb to the top of the tree and pick from there. Other cherry pickers prefer low hanging fruits. I never said all cherry picking was without merrit. So your cherry picking should be commended. |
