Just encountered a slight bug.

I was playing a game against an opponent under the really hot weather condition. During restart of play, we both lost players due to heat exhaustion.

However, the kick result was a "perfect defense" which allowed a re-organisation of the kicking team. because the semi-ban on the exhausted players had been lifted in the roster, he was able to bring all his players on.

not sure if this is acceptable under the rules but im pretty sure it shouldn't be as it cripples one team against the other.

Yeah it has the same problem with vamps and OFAB, I think that part of the code needs to have a lot of changes for it to handle these conditions. Agaist the vamps, he lost 4/5 to OFAB and then got perfect defence so they could play and they did not have to make their OFAB roll next drive, so he got them all again.

Of course, putting OFAB'd or SH'd players back on the pitch because of a Perfect Defense is knowingly cheating...so I'd consider the game forfeited at that point.

Yeah. Just to summarize the rules page (which of course you all read in great detail):
1. Things that the client does that are not correct according to the LRB are the things mentioned in the difference from Board Game document (You read that too, naturally).
2. & 3. FUMBBL specific rules (see the link above)
4. Follow the LRB when you can, even if the client lets you do otherwise.

Moral of the story? If the client makes you do something wrong, it's legal. If the client lets you do something wrong but you know it's wrong, it's not.
