Something that has bothered me for a while about the NFL and was reiterated tonight in the Cowboys/Giants game. Bryant made a beautiful catch late in the game that was challenged and called back. The ball never hit the ground, he had it tucked away until he hit the ground, and only bobbled a bit as he rolled over and out. By NFL rules it was incomplete, but damn, do the rules ever hurt the excitement of the game. I say one foot in, and as long as the ball is not dropped, the catch counts. Look at the CFL where they are a bit more lenient on the catching rulings. |

That and the commentators don't know the rules in the CFL... |
