How do you do this? If I changed my mind, and no match is scheduled for my time and/or it isn't activated, how do I go back to being able to fire and hire players? |

Once your team is set to ready there is no going back. |

I realise why its done but would be real nice... or better to let un-ready teams join game finder but just highlight them as unready. |

Technically speaking, buying players and updating your roster is part of the end-game sequence and should be completed before you set up the next match.
While it would obviously be technically possible to take a team back into the post match sequence, it's simply not something I want to add as it will remove the whole point of separating ready to play from post-match.
It's up to the coaches to make up their minds about the team once and for all. |
