When's the rule for non-auto 1/6 on ff take effect? My rats were down to ff 6 at one point (from 9) despite having a winning record and nearly every single game scoring at least twice and getting our share of cas. That accursed 1 on ff rolls really did us in!!! We're finally back up to 9 once more, but at our TR we're facing teams with ff's up in the mid-teens, so we're still on the short end of the stick. At least we're getting bigger crowds for more income now... |

I have had some bad experiences from pitch invasions....but i'm not bitter anymore, I had one game when they SERIOUSLY favoured me.
Playing somebody who was fairly new to the game and had a FF of 2 compared to my 9. He suffered 3 massive pitch invasions in one game. As much as it was funny.....i felt really bad for him, and then had to spend a good 30 minutes explaining that this really shouldn't have happened, and that fumbbl is worth playing. |

My gnomes dropped from ff7 to ff1 by winning 5, tieing one and losing another, recently. Playing good sadly only has an effect if you are somewhat lucky as well.

thats weird i think we need to start a thread about whether pitch invasions are random or not where we can argue about maths
But seriously Horus your best off not seeing them |

Pitch invasiions as they are currently take the fun out of the game. I don't find it interesting beating a team because 1 dice roll trashed the team. Needless to say it is better than having my team trashed by one. I look forward to the new PI rules. |

Yep, gotta love when you lineup for a kick, PI, and you get the option of whom you want to apo...one of two RIP or a niggle...
Personally, I don't like riots. They take a lot of the tension out of a game. My fastest game ever was one side scores in two turns, riot rest of the half. Second half, another riot for 6 turns, other team scores in two. End 1-1 after about 15 minutes of game. Laughable, but not exactly a good match of wits and strategy. Though those last two turns were kinda intense, wondering if there was enough time for mv 6 to make it in two turns to tie the game... |
