Everything was sounding good until we got to the part I underlined.
By that logic, when you pick a Move action, you move (not a Move action). Sorry, I just found this funny for some reason. Carry on. |

You are right. When you take a Move Action, you move, but that move is not the Move Action.
A Move Action is an action that you declare on your turn that lets you move.
A Blitz Action is an action that you declare on your turn that lets you move and/or throw a block
A Block Action is...that lets you throw a block
etc.
Actions are what allow your players to do things. Those things are often the same as what the name of the Action is, but often they are not (there is no blitz..a Blitz Action lets you do 2 things, block and/or move). So moving is different than a Move Action--you can do it during specific other actions in fact. |

Also, you know, it's clarified in the FAQ. Which says you can't stand up or use Jump Up. |

So prone players can indeed not use pass block. Good to know. |

Yeah, without the FAQ, you could also theoretically have a case where a player could get into a pass-block-eligible square just by standing (taking all 3 move allowed by Pass Block). He would already have to be in the correct square, and just prone.
Alas, FAQ. You simplify our arguments and squish our fun |
