Howdy,

I'm leaning towards fend as I often use him as a running ball carrier more than anything.
Other than taking a utility skill like kick/kick off return I'm not overly sure what to do with him.
Thoughts? Opinions? General harassment? Pie? |

I do think you should go for Kick-off Return or Fend, in that order.

Tackle is out of the picture as I've already got three on the blitzers.
They are far more likely to blitz than the thrower is.
Actually probably over-invested in tackle early on :/
I'm leaning towards fend atm largely because the player is often used as a speedhump of sorts when he's not holding the ball. |

Kick off return is a doozy. With MA5, you're at risk of failed go for its or elfy/ratty steals on hard to reach kicks. KOR gets him to the ball and maul much quicker. |

Yea that's why the return skill was appealing tbh; general longevity tends towards fend tho.
Although I'm not really one for longevity so... KOR it is?

You have two AG4 blitzers so you could open your passing game a little with Accurate.
I'm not saying you should, but you could ;0
On another note, for a ball carrier, I hate the fact that the orc thrower has MA5 but I guess you have to live with it, as he's awesome. Until that MA7 blitzer rolls some stats/doubles.

I looked at the team but must have ignored only the most likely players to have tackle when I was looking for tackle |

Only 26spp to the next skill so just get fend then. Worry about winning those games inbetween. |

I'd say KOR. If you're unlucky enough to roll 2 more normals, then fend and leader (or kick, if you still lack it) would be my picks. |

Either Kick Off Return (gold for a MA 5 ball carrier) or
drop 1 Re-roll and take Leader (to reduce a bit the TV).
I wouldn't take Fend because a Thrower is rarely blocked, instead he ever has to retrieve the ball and Re-rolls are going to be used in every match. |
