Was surprised in a yesterday's game that when my b&c player hit my troll, my turn ended. Didn't find anything in the rules to that effect. Can someone clarify why that happens? A client bug or works as designed? |

Its right. If your player fails a roll (being knocked down is a failed roll) it's turnover. |

Hitting your own goblins is fun, it's pretty easy to get a push when you roll 3 dice and they have dodge. |

yup the grod is spot on. Also the assists are always worked out in your favour so you should be looking at 2 or 3 dice you choose most of the time.
I cant remember 100% at the moment and I'm at work, but I believe you can push your own players in to the crowd without causing a turn over. |

And get free dodges/moves for goblins in general, especially with either sidestep or grab.
Grab cancels sidestep though |

What I found more surprising was that
-you can turnover by pushing prone teammates
-you can turnover by pushing onto the ball (it's not a failed pickup because you have no hands, should be the same as pushing a teammate onto the ball imo) |

I think it's only if you injure a prone team mate, and yes I hate that failed pick ups from a fanatic cause turn overs but they are the rules. |

I think it's just pushing a prone player, as you are rolling armour dice, it's sort of the same as a successful block.
As for the failed ball pickup, I think the rule is there to stop people using the B&C to shift the ball around on purpose (which I do not agree with, because moving the ball on a 1 in 3 chance was always unlikely anyway). |

Yeah, I know Garion, this was me disagreeing with the rules, rather than with the site's implementation of them. =) |
