Details of their initial implementation here: http://forum.bloodbowl-game.com/viewtopic.php?f=61&t=7455.
Quick summary:
- TV+ used to match
- Pools of 2 minutes (with unmatched teams gaining priority in later pools)
- Inducement calculations aren't using TV+ yet (but they're looking at adding it)
- Lots of emphasis on it being easily tweakable by them depending on results |

2 minutes is not long enough. I've posted data here already and it won't make much of a difference except at peak hours (EU evenings).

Yes, it sounds like they heard all the kerfuffle so've gone really conservative - I'm not sure anyone will notice anything's changed except for an hour or two a day. |

I find the notion that they will do pairings on TV++ but calculate inducements on TV to be interesting.
It seems kind of pointless at first glance, but the unintended (I assume) consequences of it are fascinating to me. |

Oh god, it's going to be horrible. zSum can go negative, which makes sense. Unfortunately concessions count as a loss in the system...

I don't know why that picture's in my shack, but they do look pretty much exactly like every Norse miniature team out there... |

Seems only fair considering the massive amount of soft porn amazon teams out there for the fellas. |

It's a pretty good look I think. We could rename this thread to 'Wuhan's popped back'. |

Yarr! I'm a lurking in yer forums. Nah, I've been addicted to playing Mordheim City of the Damned. Been playing it for what Steam says is 300+hrs.
Been 6 months since I played a game of BB2. Played one today to check out the Norse, opponent conceded T6, after I got the ball and was going to walk it for the 2nd TD.
He was playin' Norse and only had 4 ko's and 0 cas.
The coding for the game is fine no complaints. Except it is completely unplayable when your opponent concedes on your turn.
The Norse do a bit of body building poses after they score. |
