I'm wondering how high we can climb in TV in the 15 games' run of a season.

Winning or loosing doesn't affect XP gain (or marginally).
High scoring teams suffer more cas (usually) and low scoring teams inflict more cas (usually) but all in all, what TV can we generally aim / hope for ?
