Coach Ranking comes and goes, and I try not too care too much.
One suggestion, knowing the formula is already super complicated..
Would it make sense, in an effort to make CR more reflect skill than recent performance, to make any CR gains or losses earned as a result of overtime play half the amount they normally would be?
Meaning, the two coaches were roughly 'equal' in performance after 16 turns.. so perhaps neither should rise or fall a large amount of CR based on just 8 turns.
Just a thought for discussion. |

Yeah, it's not a big deal, but I agree a more accurate representation of coach skill would be to treat an overtime game as closer to a tie than a win/loss. |

I suggest you should count CR only from tournament or first season box games as those are only games that could be considered competitive.
Also playing for OT is skill on its own so that should count as DOUBLE CR !

I agree with MerryZ.
Its hard to make the game to go overtime so you can maim the opponent for some more Cas. |
