i would definatly go tackle first. It benifitet my DE blitzer with st upgrade. If you should be lucky enough to roll a double then go MB |

Different point of view, take Sidestep, and then Sure Hands. Sidestep is great and anoying and with Sure Hands you don't have to worry about Strip Ball, if someone tryes to cage your blitzer, he has ST4, Block and Dodge. |

Tackle then S.Ball.
Tackle - to eliminate blo~/dodgers and earn some CAS that let you earn S.Ball. With ST4 the player would be probably more blocking than scoring TD.
Hoever if you lucky enough to roll a double then I would suggest a Frenzy followed by S.Step. |

Your team will probably have some more TD scorers on the roster (and probably throwers with S.Hands).
I would suggest to spend some GP on RR rather than SPP on S.Hands.
GP are definitely easier to earn than SPP. |

Tackle then Leap, if you get a double think about guard or mightyblow. |

I wouldn't use a double to get a trait that two in the team start out with. Since frenzied players imo are the most effective when blitzing - and you only get one blitz per turn - having more than 2 frenzy is a bit tough to manage. Then again, diferent coaches = diferent tastes. |

Your team will probably have witches to get rid of catchers (and you don't ned strip ball for throwers, they don't use to be st4 blodgers)
RRs don't make any diference against strip ball and Dark elves don't have dedicated catchers.
Of couse that's only a sujestion, to point out that st4 is also usefull in ofensive play. |

Str 4 ball carriers are awesome, however...
Elven teams typically don't have a lot of trouble scoring. DE are probably the worst of the bunch, but they can still pull off a 2-turn td pretty easily. Excellent defense is what will win games. Therefore, my preference is to develop players as defenders first, and scorers second.
A str 4 blitzer with tackle and leap is going to be an absolute nightmare for your opponent's offense. Elves will likely be forced into the "hang back then handoff/pass" strategy, which forces more rolls, making the dreaded double-one more likely to show up. Against non-elves, he will make an excellent cage breaker, especially once he has leap. However, keep in mind that elves can dodge into most cages at a 5+ with a reroll...which is better than even odds of suceeding. It's not something that you will want to do often, but in certain situations it's the best move. |

if you use him to blitz each turn, you need tackle. |

Hi
I'd go with Strip Ball - very useful skill (plus it effectively just won me our local RL league...)
