Okay gents and gals.. the second XFL cycle is running for a while now and it is about half time. Time to start reviewing the current process. Anyone who has suggestions how to improve the XFL series is welcome to mention them here. The same goes for any flaws or problems you would like to point out. |

okay.. got a point myself, as obviously noone else dares to utter critics..
gotta come up with a way to make the team selection process more transparent, so maybe post the list of applications somewhere before starting the tournament so everyone can see at what place in the list his team was and what tr it had etc.. can prolly be achieved by a simple forum post or as news item add on.. |

Okay, I'll add some thoughts of my own and take this golden opportunity to kiss up to the boss
I think the system works quite well as it is now. As we have seen with the applications for XFL's High Elf and gobbo it's essential to keep advertising prominently to make sure the tourneys get enough participants.
Scheduling away from the qualies for majors has pretty much silenced all criticism from the past about how it wasn't fair that certain teams could not play and their absence devalued the tournament.
Right now I don't have any suggestions for changes, just thought I'd elaborate a little to see if anyone has a different opinion. |

Here my thoughts:
- announce races like Goblin, Halfling, Norse, and such other races, which do not participate much in Majors, at the time around the Major Qualies
- design a trophy every winner of XFL may add to his team bio to show that he is the best of his race (I could help at this point) |

Give a token price for XFL Race winners like +3ff and a big one for the one winning the masters (as big as the one for the other majors).
This will make em a lot more interesting for people, but I guess you dont see it that way and as its your puppy... |

Nope i disagree at this point: That is vs the spirit of the procedure of the XFL!

Nah masters are completely not XFL. And running them is a horror. |
