I'd pick Guard because you have none, but Mighty Blow is hard to resist. |

Other options:
Leader.

You know what. Nothing is really better then either Guard or MB. Leader on ST4 is a little wasteful. Every doubles skill I can think of is surpassed by a normal skill for this player. |

Guard
If it were a blitzer or Witch elf then mighty blow could be an option. But as linemen are slower you really want guard on them nearly always.

Guard. you are never gonna outbash bash, but you can defend and a st 4 guard is a pain to deal with. |

ST4 Guard is golden as he's the target to be blocked away to remove the guard assist to your players. Which means committing 2 players minimum to get the 2DB block to push away. One of them has to be Strength 4 and the other will need Guard. Even if they succeed you've made them commit 2 high value players to that result and as an elf team you reap the benefits of a 2 on 1 player ratio as field coverage has now decreased. |
