I am 217 pounds (15 stone 7 lbs) with the aim of making 182 pounds (13st 7lbs) this year 
That means I am not even the fattest in WIL and only 9 lbs heavier than shadow...
My theory is shadow is actually heavier than 208 lbs, but he is so full of hot air that he levitates slightly when on the scales. Judging by the release of hot air from his orifices I would therefore estimate his real weight to be equivelent to 350 lbs.
Scientifically if the gas he releases is compressed withing his grizzly innards, it is mathmatically possible that shadow is actually denser than matter from a neutron star  |

Russo I am currently the weight you wanna be but the weird thing is i'm going the other way and looking to get back to 14 stone 7 pounds for rugby, feeling a bit small at the mo |

may 30th cuz its nice to have a clear date to do it for. And afterwards the summer is here and so on und so fort.
As for the chicks: they like to feed me aswell :/ so its a double egded sword.
As for cheating: that would be supremely stupid. But we can take after and before piccys if u want

The matchbox test driver would be me I guess... 1.68 and weight uhm not sure since I don´t have a scale here, top was 66kgs when I was working out a lot but probably no more than 60kgs atm |
