yes, about same ruleset there are no problems, we have [FTV] prefix, so it's easy to find,
problem remains about skills, they does not appear in matches even if in team option they are in
is it possible to write skills 0:7D to make them work always?

If one untick "po needs rr" option, does po dissappear from skills or does it work as normal?
I do not want to allow it in my league.

Untick po needs rr and tick PO skill in the skill menu and you have PO crp
We have tested it and works

I created 3 rulesets and I'd rename/delete at least 2 of them.

Reasons being I shared said ruelesets with other people and the name isn't 100% accurate (in fact, the name of the Spanish League ruleset is in Catalan rather than Spanish), or the ruleset ended up being used for something else than originally intended.

It's not that these names are seen that often, but I like to keep my files tidy and ordered. And this often means renaming/deleting some of them.
