Hello. I wanna play  .
My only rule suggestion is that there are only 2 mafia guys who recruit a new member once the first is killed. |

There is already a Vigilante in the original post, who plays as a hunter type (i.e. If 1 Mafia 1 Vigilate left, Mafia lose ... Vigilante names a player to watch, if the Vigilante is killed by Mafia and the player watched is one of them, he takes them out when he is killed).
Also, I do not wish to change any of the characters in my original post. I am sure some of the suggestions are interesting, but I wanted to keep it as clear as possible for all involved.
I will finalise preperations for the game once the werewolf (not Vamp one) game, currently in progress finishes.

I don't want in here, but would just like to suggest you keep the numbers down. IMO, despite a strong start, life became very difficult in round 3 (the one just ended) for the bad guys as the game went on for longer. I think a similar pattern may develop in the Vampire game. I would keep the numbers below 15, and if they go higher than that, I think you would need quite a large number of varied bad guys - and since DukeTyrion want just to stick to the basics listed in his first post, I would recommend just keeping the numbers fairly low. |

Life was difficult for the Wolves in Thirdton simply because there was a much lower % of Wolves compared to Firston and Secondton.
Also, if there is only one Seer, then it may be a valid Wolfish tactic to sacrifice oneself in order to take the Seer with you after publically putting so much confidence in him... <ahem>
If the GM secretly adds a second Seer after the game starts, then that sacrifice tactic isn't such a great strategic move anymore.
To spell it out for you,
My public confidence in DukeTyrion got him killed after I was discovered.
Synn may have been present (and to be honest his "reveal" almost screwed up the plan),
but I claim DukeTyrion as MY kill.
As for Sysiphos, I consider him disqualified from running future WW games.
For the players to form any valid long-term strategy at all, they need to know what the rules are,
and they need to be able to assume that the rules they know will not be changing.
The addition of the Second Seer made my own participation in that game rather pointless. |
