I'm not clear if these are all league options but potentially a couple of major impacts for Ranked and Box with treasury and retirement possibilities. The rebuy thing still sounds like it would hurt agile teams more than bash based on the typical lack of agile team savings. |

Judging by the mention of Piling On as being optional for league that sounds like all they will do. They don't see it as a tournament/low tv problem but if people don't like it for leagues they can ban Piling On. Which presumably means it could be banned in Ranked or Box, though I doubt it would be. |

Not sure about the rest of the world but the skaven team and dice are already sold out on the webstore.
I think the dice were limited and those tend to go quickly anyway for resale at large markup on e-bay.
They'll get more skaven in quickly enough, but the fact that these are selling well is a very good sign. We all know GW cares the most about the bottom line so hopefully this will encourage them to keep releasing more BB stuff after the dwarfs come out.
At £20 for a team of 12 plastic models I will certainly be getting the dwarfs. Will also get any other teams as long as they don't look awful. |

I'm sure GW are fully aware of FUMBBL. They must be to have sent that C&D a few years ago. But there's no need to poke the bear at a product launch event. BB being rereleased will be good for us long term, can only mean more coaches, right? |

I agree goo. I just thought it would be good to meet as fumblers.
A C and D letter has also crossed my mind. I hope the new release won't be cause to stop any other avenues of playing?! I guess don't worry until or if it happens. A crazy move if so imo. |

Fliers not allowed at GW - NAF wasn't allowed to at Bugman's event. I tried hard. And yes, GW aware of Fumbbl. Not a sniff of a C and D from anything we have heard. |

I'm not sure the new rule is any better TBH. |

The C&D culture at GW left when its head proponent Alan Merrett was given the boot. It really is a different company today. |

Really only £20? That's really quite surprising. |

That's only the plastic skaven so far, think the Dwarfs are plastic too and hopefully will cost the same.
Not sure if any other teams will be plastic, some are supposed to be resin so will probably cost more. |

Sorry if this is OT, but I need to vent and you guys are probably the only ones in the world that will understand.
I tried to put in my pre-order for the boxed set yesterday and the online store wouldn't finish the transaction saying to check with PayPal. I did check with PayPal and the transaction went through, sent in an email to GW asking to see if the order went through or not. They don't seem to man the email on Sundays, and it's starting to look like they might not answer them on Mondays either. If they can resolve this I'll likely buy almost any team they put out in plastic, but I'm not shelling out twice as much for metal. I've been waiting a while for the chance to buy official BB again.
edit: I literally just hit submit on this and an email came to my inbox explaining that the transaction didn't complete on their side and to order again. Maybe it's just good luck since Tritex has a discount on pre-orders and shipping to Canada seems to be very inexpensive. |
