I think it's somewhat unfair that Chaos teams can take so long to skill, so in light of this I have created the Tyranid Team which should suit alot of the Chaos players out there;

0-1 Carnifex - 6 5 1 10 - Frenzy, Claw, Mighty Blow, Piling On, Loner, No Hands - 160k
0-4 Tyranid Warrior - 5 4 2 10 - Frenzy, Claw, Mighty Blow, Piling On, No Hands - 120k
0-12 Tyranid Hormagaunt - 7 3 2 9 - Claw, Mighty Blow, Piling On, No Hands - 70k

Rerolls 50k

Genestealers do have hands. They have 3 pairs of limbs, 1 pair of legs and 2 of arms. Then there are 2 kinds of arms, those with hands and the others with claws.

I say that team can only score by 'no hands scattering' the ball into the endzone. Or they score a td for every tombstone or pitchclearance....which would make it impossible to beat eldar hmmmm....needs more balancing these teams

Maybe one of the players could be given 'Web'.

Once they have 'No Hands' scattered the ball into the end zone, any one of their players can 'Web' the ball to the square for the score \o/

didnt someone do a tyranid team with added skill "hive mind" Hive Mind - all SPPs awarded are awarded to each player on the roster, or was it all skills gained by one are gained by all? Something like that. Or I've been on the brandy again?

That works pretty nicely actually!

If you combine it with the rule that a no hands player failing to pick up the ball does not cause a turn over (existing rule).

and

If a no hands player enters the square where the ball is on a Move action, he can use the (3 square) template used for Ball and Chain players to determine scatter (instead of the normal 8 square scatter template), placing the template in any direction he wishes.

and finally

A no hands player that enters the square with the ball, if it is in the end zone, scores a TD instead of causing scatter.
