Nah, sonrises cited selectively.  This was my comment for Walpurgis 2 vs. Spirit Breaker:
Bookmakers disagreed on who was favourized in this match but the experts did not give Walpurgis much of a chance against the tentacled warriors of Spirit Breaker. Maybe due to that fact coach Stonetroll had not made his offerings to Nuffle before the game, this seems the most plausible explanation for what happened on the pitch. Tentacles couldn't hold us, pouring rain couldn't distract us, hits couldn't take us down for long, our new Tree actually took part in the game, our Wizard and Bribe worked perfectly, we never failed at anything, even the risky stuff, and on top of all that Chaos failed all the pick-ups that really mattered, Spirit Breaker himself was in no mood for playing, and so it went down.
Thanks for playing Stonetroll, you kept it together rather well in the face of this dicing!  |

FUMBBL Cup Pickers Challenge scoreboard: Updated as the results come in
** Standings current through this post **
** Format for the scoring chart is as follows.
Coaches Name: 1st round/ 2nd round....etc until we get out to the 7th round. Total points in Bold.
The 7 th round will have the FC in the final 8. At that point the last round of the pickers challenge will be to pick who you think the winner of the FC will be. Of course this round will offer big money and big prizes!!!!
IF you enter the FC pickers challenge and have submitted sheets in Round #1. That will make you eligable, if you should miss a week due to real life issues, to use the default score of the AB&C as your default picks.
Every round the AB&C will calculate the pulse of the fans in the Book and post their picks. These picks are the default picks for any coach who misses a round. So in essence you are picking with the Book and using their picks as yours.
You can only use the default picks twice during the Pickers challenge. If you have missed 3 or more rounds you are disqualified from the pickers challenge.

Well I can tell you that after the game I was leaving the stadium the back way and in the alley I witnessed Lich talking to some shady looking dudes. They were all smiles and slapping each other on the back in a festive mood. As I lifted up my collars around my face I saw a bag of gold dangling from Lich's belt.
Now maybe he just likes to keep his gold close, who knows, some guys are like that. But he was standing there like he just got out of the shower and was only wearing a T-shirt and a athletic supporter.
