Well, unless you can propose an actual rationale for what's going on, it still sounds rather random to me.
Remember, 2+ rolls may be less likely to fail but, being elves, you make more 2+ rolls than any other type of rolls. In terms of what fails, this tends to offset the fact that 3+ (and even 4+) is less likely to succeed individually. |
