I received a suggestion not to allow Piling On. How do others feel about that?
And I wholeheartedly agree with BB's sentiment. |

I am going to start asking my opponents I play. If other coaches could do the same it would help. |

Is there anything we can do to make this more enticing to coaches? |

You probably just need to make it more different. There are already at least 3 leagues using this kind of "Highlander" (there can only be one... of each race) set-up: 3DB, HUBBA, and HUBBA2. So you're competing to attract the same coaches they do, and they have the advantage of already being established, long-running leagues. |

One possibility is to do something like CIBBL, where you have one giant league but you start with teams in divisions based on race (all elfs, all chaos, all dead, etc.) and either have cross divisional play along with divisional play or you use the results of divisional play to set up tiers or something. |

I could consider that, also I could make it a relegation/promotion league, with 3 levels of 8 teams each. What do you guys think of those ideas? |

8 team promotion relegation is exactly like HUBBA and HUBBA2. Probably need to be different than them.
NSL and SSL (northern and southern survivalist league) have a one tier league of 24 teams, 24 races, 6 divisions, 4 teams. The catch is you can't retire injured players, they have to die. (Also spiked ball and a few other oddities like no star players). Its a great league, but it is really hard for new teams to break into.
I think killing PO and right stuff negating tackle to help stunty teams would help equalize. Not sure how to make it interesting to people, need a more creative person. Mr. J's rosters is one possiblilty. Another is to start people at 1500 TV and halve roster building rules somehow. |

Sorry, meant to say NSL and SSL have 4 divisions of 6 teams each. 5 game seasons with division champs meeting in a 4-team KO for the title. Not suggesting this, juts pointing out what the competition does. |

I think we just need to wait a couple of weeks and we shouldget enough coaches especially once people see it is happening. |

Sorry we are only accepting coaches with league experience at the moment. |

Though I've recently dabbled in Box and enjoyed it a lot, I really believe League play is Blood Bowl at its best. However, the main problem with League is scheduling. I think your League needs a timezone. You may struggle to get sign ups to a league where people don't know if they'll have to play at 4am to get their game in. The most successful leagues on FUMBBL have clearly defined timezone expectations.
I'd never consider entering a North American league as that's the biggest struggle for me (NZ). Hawaii though MonkeyMan576? That's only 1 hour difference, even closer than Aus... ever thought about joining DIBBL? |

Need to edit your account home city
24 is a big ask to start a new league. SSL has struggled at times to fill the numbers. I wish you the best of luck with your endeavour. |
