What was wrong with my original bear
 
Anyway quickly knocked together another one.
Wasn't sure if it was too light so I darkened it.
But it may be too dark now. So here are both versions.

The head of the original Werebear looks similar to a bear head but the body lacks some highlights which would allow to see better the details.
The second Werebear looks like a Minotaur without Horns. |

It's not easy altering Mr F's icons. Trust me I have tried. He makes them in a different way to everybody else. |

It's not easy altering Mr F's icons. Trust me I have tried. He makes them in a different way to everybody else. |
this is true, he is a magician. he works at 4x the pixels and with brushes then downsizes them, I've tried this mine always look horribly deformed after the downsize...
wish I had his skills, pencils 1:1 ratio for me. |

I don't hate the original Werebear, even if I don't love it. I do hate the second one you present. Sorry, Cowhead; most of your icons are pretty good. I'd rather see the first Werebear you presented (the one with the bear head) than that gorilla, though. |

I have some question on the Really Stupid Werebears. It says in the rationale that they need someone to instruct them to do stuff because they are like circus bears, but aren't these things humans transformed into bears? Don't they retain some degree of willpower and rational capabilities upon shifting? Werewolves seem to be able to do so.
I played against the were team today, and ahalfling isn't taking the bears because they dont mix well together with cats and wolves, being Really Stupid one of the reasons (the other that they can't keep up with the team speed). Seeing that his is the only successful were team it could be that he is right  |
