Depends how you want to use him.
You could still use for passing. IMHO a waste of a str4 elf, but yu could. Would certainly make sacking him tricky. In that case Strong Arm would be a good take, as well as fluffy. He does, after all, have strong arms.
If you are thinking of turning him into a blitzer (with the possibility of passing away next round) then maybe look to MB.
For LOS duties, and general battery, then Guard would be a good take.
But a str4 elf can do more or less anything, so look at your team and try to predict what role he will be most use in and pick a trait that will help with that. |

Guard with Str 4 is very effective. |

With 4 str you will probably use him as a blitzer and then Mighty blow can be very interesting. Nothing wrong with frenzy either so you can be sure to get the target down.
Facing mostly elves I'd have taken MB. |

Thanks for the replys so far!
Indeed MB looks more and more interesting, it would give mor CAS-> mor SPP_> Soon block (if he isn't maimed til then...)
Another Option i considered was Jump up. With STR4 it would be hard to take him down, lots of adversaries would concentrate on him, and meanwhile other s could score.
Both are interesting options |

nerves of steel would make for a difficult guy to stop scoring, as once he gets Blodge he'll be difficult to drop and can just blitz his way out of trouble. Frenzy would be best as a blitzing roll, better than MB imo and forces people not to place people too wide in fear of the crowd push |

Taking down a str 4 guy isn't that high priority, doubt you can use him as a decoy. He'll just be marked instead. |

MBlow is the best skill for him, but Guard makes the team better. Very tough call, but I'd give the edge to Guard, since that's so hard to turn down on an Elf team. |

Turn him into the high elf version of recently departed Valdrek Bloodgaze!
That means go with MB. Next skill should be block, unless another odd roll happens, which then you'd take strong arm. |

I'd go with Frenzy. With MA8 he can get at almost anyone. Makes for a nice defensive and offensive blitzer. |
