I think DE are much easier to start with as they have more block and dodge. Both HE and union need more time and skills until they are reliable. |

I have compared the stats of all elves teams. DE and HE seem to be the strongest but the woodies seems have the treeman.
Anyway as I really need some punch it wil be either HE or DE. |

I agree with everything but the last sentence. "Good" or "evil" don't matter in blood bowl where everyone are equally evil to begin with.

Halflings...Slann...Amazons...Lizardmen. Not sure everyone is equally evil. |

You could play High Elves as evil but for game background, principally from Warhammer, Dark Elves are absolutely evil while High Elves are against them and the forces of chaos (not necessarily good as such). Of course you can still foul like crazy with High Elves! The B.B. world background is more flexible than Warhammer. Role playing them as you like is part of the beauty of the game. |

Dark elves with 4 blitzer and 7 linos is probably the easiest start to playing elves. You have 4 Block, 4 players with Move 7 and good AV.
I think the most important thing about elves is the fact that everyone has AG4 and that dark elf team lets you explore that concept.
Another option is high elves with 2 blitzers, thrower and 8 linos. This team has a passing game far superior to the dark elves but you don't really need to pass with any elves unless you want to. |

I think HE are more flexible. In a way, you can build HE to play like DE but the reverse is not really true.
Full disclosure: HE are my favourite elves. |

I might get a DE team for a reasonable price, just missing one blitzer.
I'm also chasing a HE team so lets see |

In addition to this topic, I do have some extra questions. If possible which inducements / starplayers would you pick?
How would you use Prince Moranion, a Blizting type of player?
Cheers. |

I have to give the point to Kondor. Having faced Halflings, and still having the nightmares of being stomped to death by dozens of tiny feet... I have to agree that not everyone is equally evil. *shiver* |
