If dump off is a pass action, as it is, then it can be used only once per turn.

Once per team turn you can make one pass action, correct, but there´s no limit on how many you can make during your opponent´s turn, since you were never really supposed to be able to make any in the first place, if it wasn´t for the Dump Off skill.

I would say Dump off is a passive skill you cant opt to Dump off on your own. Your opo needs to block the player.
Therefore its no pass action and still you get spp for it if you succeed.

As your player doesnt get marked when he dumps off (like when he dodges, he gets a star) i would belive you can use it several times during your opos turn.

Hm, I have a question for Big Guys and Hail Mary Pass:
Can a BG with HMP throw a team mate over the whole field?
