FINAL IS SET
Well the final game is set and boy should this be a fun match. Two nice teams will square off and pummel the crap out of each other. Words is attempting to do something not done since a birthday team of legend did it over a year and a half ago. And then the Orcs of Fleetfoot attempt to notch up another orc victory in a major. It should be fun to watch to see how it plays out.
Well after looking at the numbers and all the random variables its very obvious in this finals match. Fleet Foot will once again plant another team into the pitch and take the title!!!! I have been going with this orc crew all tournament long and I will not abandon them in the end. Plus the Gods will not allow a chaos team to win a major, only by stacking the deck like some Chaos team of the past can Chaos win a major.
SO: FleetFoot's Revenge Over Words 3-1 as the Orcs get the upper hand early and just take it to the chaos scum.
Now some of you might say no way dude!!! but looking at the history of majors one thing sticks out.. the final match is allmost never close and one of the teams gets steam rolled.....this will be another. |

The unbelievable happens, due to a bug in the code, a third team, goblins, grabs the ball while orcs and chaos are fighting. They manage to score 2 TD before the other teams realize what is happening, but then it's too late.
So, my prediction, a third team will win 2-0 over the combine effort of mayhem and destruction, orcs and chaos. |

Should there be any sign of Chaos getting steamrolled, I will offer Nuffle to swap my [B] orcs for skaven to produce more blood for his glory - if only Words win. |

we have 2 teams with 2 top coaches on the edge.... orcs have 145k cash, chaos 225k. both have a Bomber. its likely both teams will spend all or most of the cash they have. it might be possible the chaos want to cancel the hire of the orcs. So i guess we will see Varag+ something special vs Morg + Ripper

WHAT!!!!! that is not what one of the legion of FLeetFoot's followers want to hear...You sound like a ELF man.....You coach Orcs!! the proper response that all self respecting Orcs want to hear is this:
Hell with that!!! we are going to crush some skulls and roll those chaos thugs. They dont stand a chance and for all you chaos loving scum who are picking against us we might just roll your butt also if we see you in the stands.
Now that is nice and proper orc OR some variant of that. We (the loyal Revenge fan) does not want to hear a bunch of wishey washey, well I think we can win and they are a good team...blah blah blah...!! Orc up man and bring the fore arm shiver to their noses!
Thats all Iam going to say on that subject..And I will be watching the finals and if the Revenge go out with a wimper well you can count on losing one season ticket holder. |

I agree with Malmir, it's definitely an open game. And while I think I'll have an edge to start with, once the dice starts a-rolling there's no telling what'll happen. Either way I'm sure I'll have yet another awesome and fun game of bloodbowl! |

Game will prob be this weekend once Leijonet gets his work schedule.
Out of interest - I have (after way too much thought) 99% decided what to do with my cash. What would you do if you were orcs (hiring wise) and what if you were Chaos? Orcs have 145k and Chaos 225k.

Varag + Wiz seems the most obvious. As you are down in player, this will bring you to 13 guys. As an alternative, there could be ripper, wiz and a freebooter lino, which would probably cancel out his hire and still give you 13 guys and wiz.
Chaos will probably go for Ripper, Morg and Wiz. |
