Why can't I access the chat room? It tells me I need to download something, which i did, but it stills says that i need to download it. Also how exactly do i set up my first game? |

What does it say you need to download? Did you install it after you downloaded it? Can't really help if all we know is that "something" needs to be downloaded. 
Setting up games comes by itself once you've managed to access the chat, so don't worry about that. You always have you opponent to explain things if necessary.  |

Most likely it's the java plugin for Internet Explorer..
I recommend you install a proper IRC client. www.mirc.com or www.hydrairc.com
