Hello

The Albion Fumbbl Association is now recruiting
We are looking for rookie TR 100 [L] league teams to start up a hopefully ongoing league
Wizards and Star players are allowed in the AFA

The format for the AFA is as follows
Charity Shield - One of match between winner of last seasons AFA Cup and winner of last seasons AFA Premiership

AFA League Cup - Knockout competition open to all teams in the AFA

AFA Season - The AFA will be broken down into divisions 8 teams strong playing in a round robin format
The winer of the AFA Premiership will go through to play in the next seasons Charity Shield

AFA Cup - Knockout competition open to all teams in the AFA with the winner going through to the Charity Shield match next season

So if the idea of being able to develop a team over the seasons appeals to you give the AFA a look

Hmm - interesting format based (I'd guess?) on the football season. How are you planning on working the cups into the season? For instance, if a team is in the league table, it's 'locked in' as it were - and can't play games outside of that tournament. So are the cups going to be scheduled after each league season, or are you going to sub teams in and out of the league using tourneyfiller teams?

The format of an AFA season is as follows

The Charity Shield is played as the season opener
Then the AFA League Cup is played
Then it is the normal AFA season
And then when the season is over we have the AFA Cup to round things off and we start again with the next season

Ahh - OK. I'm probably a bit less interested under that format - I think there could be a few balance issues there that might need ironing out. Best of luck to you, hope it goes well. Smile

The AFA still needs more coaches to get things up and running
So if you think you have what it takes to run a team why not give the AFA a look

Hello all you Blood Bowl fans out there
Solahma Commish of the Albion Fumbbl Association here

I would like to take up a bit of your time to talk about the AFA
As a coach are you tired of one off pick up games that are enjoyable to play but leave you with no real sense of achievment?
Tired of hunting around for a regular game?
Are you looking for something more out of your games?
Well give the Albion Fumbbl Association a look we need 3 more teams to enter to get things rolling in our first season
So come on here is your chance to be in something big from the very start

But I hear you say why should I think about joining the AFA?
Well the simple answer is fierce rivalry
Just think of how good it will feel to know that season after season you will be coming up against some old friends and some bitter rivals
Think about how much fun you will have going on about how your team has done the double or even the treble this season
Think how much fun it will be to taunt your rivals as you sit at the top of the table and they fight against relegation

So come on get that rookie [L]League team together and come and join the Albion Fumbbl Association

Remember it's not just about the fun it's about taunting your rivals as well

What differentiates this league from White Isle?

If it is a mainly British league it needs something to make it stand out. If it is not then coaches from other countries need to know that they can join.

I would join if I had more time.
