OK...
Had this problem a couple of times now.
PLay a game. Game runs fine. Game ends. My results upload.
Then opponent contacts me and says game is still running, what is going on?
Result is, my results have uploaded, but for some reason the client thinks the game is still running, and therefore the opponent never finishes the game - and so, they dont end up with a results .zip.
THis, in turn, means they cannot manually upload, and we have to bother the admins to force the result through.
Now obviously this is causing some frustration on both sides, so I'd like to know if anyone has any ideas what may be causing this, and what can be done about it.
I've updated all my drivers, I've reinstalled the client, I've updated java to the latest i can go without having any other bugs occur..
Any ideas? |
