it has come this time again where you have to chose a skill for:
Gambo NewComer
On his second skill roll, i again rolled 5&5.
Would you take the second +MA or the double choice? |

I would. I think that another +MA is better than any of the double choices. |

If orcs have any major weakness it's a lack of speed. Enjoy being able to catch up to things. (+MA) |

Jep.
Got an Orcblitzer with MA7 recently too and enjoyed very much the extra pace ...
I can only imagine what MA8 will do
On the other hand, since you rolled doubles, taking dodge would combine awesomely well with that MA7 he already got ... but then again you already got a dodging blitzer ... hmmm |

Ma8 allows for reasonably probable one-turn scores too! |

The +MA will be a significant factor in both your defence and offense. It means a powerful running game, and a tighter, more flexible defense.
That speed, combined with AV9 and STR3 makes him just about as good a player as you can hope for. |

Take the double because otherwise opponents DP doesn't allow him to move 8 squares anyway. |

I would take the +MA. The only doubles choice that might be as useful is Stand Firm, which is really great on Orc Blitzers. |

What's his first skill? TAKE THE DOUBLE.
The way I look at it is you can develop him as a scorer or basher... depending on the rest of your team.
1. For a basher JUMP UP. Combine this with 'Piling on' for next skill and he's a real killer!
2. For a Scorer DODGE as it'll protect him in a block and get him into the EZ much easier! |
