i try to play javaBBolw on a Netbook
The problem is, that Netbooks have a fixed Screensize (1024x576) this means 192lines are missing compared to 1024x768. I startet BB with smal field, and fixt the Backgrund issue and startet to play, but now the problem:
i canĀ“t see the Block Dice, Apothecary and Weathersymbol.
Without choosing Dices i cant play
can someone give me a hint how to fix this problem ? |

Try using the option that makes with window re-sizable. The un-maximize the window and drag it taller than your screen allows. That should open up the dice window. You will lose more off the bottom of the screen but can't really help that. Also, set that windows start bar to auto hide while playing to get a little more room.
Hope that helps. |

tried this all before, i cant get the window bigger than my screen, the screenshot below is maximum i can get. (taskbar is auto-hide)
I can click the Block-dices, but i cant see them, dont know what hapens, totaly new game feeling ^^
any Java Crack arround, who can create a option, smaler and wider screen setup for netbooks ^^
Things to do ^^:
1. reduce Log Field height
2. move Block-Dice Frame to the right of Turn Frame |

So if you drag the window down so half of it is off the bottom and the top of the window is about half way down the screen you are unable to grab the top edge of the screen and drag resize it taller?
Make sure you check "Resizable Window" in the options. Doing that I am able to make the screen much taller than the monitor resolution. |

skijunkie thanks for ur advice, but u cant get a Window bigger than your Desktop.
i finaly found a solution for this mess ^^
- open your Display settings
- switch to Monitor
- unmark "Hide unsuported modes" (could be diffrent, only got the german version of Windows XP)
- after that u can choose any Screensize in your Displaysetup like 1024x768
If the Screensize is higher than your physical Screenresolution, than u have to scroll over the Desktop.
With the option "resizable Windows" u can resize ur BBFrame to fit the Screen with Blockdices |
