As you have heard the team with the lowest TR is going to start to pick their oppo. This will be the first match, the team with lowest TR without a match will going to pick the next one and so on...after all matchups are chosen the will be filled in random in a 16kosystem and with dynamic winnings we will see some stars as many of you wants to see.

So lets start the rumbl:
according to the list its obvious, Trog and his divines have to play at least one game to get the missings back or they will be the prey for the first pick, so my guesses are for a recovery(!) game of the Divines.
First pick will be a dwarfish one:
They had some hard recovery games, lost some good players and are now here to have just 12 guys left. So the will try to get an non bashy oppo: and someone who got a TS that is not to high.
Empire strikes back might be a possibility but 3 DPs might be to much for the dwarfs...
Reapers have a full squad with lots of Hobos to hunt down... MB is even and Nachtogen have the advantage in guard. So ill think he will pick the CDs.
Darkhill Miners - Reavers of Babylon IV
So next pick will be Empire Strikes back's:
The lack the sillz to elfbowl.. so i the will try to get a nonelfteam. So either orcs, CDs or rats. Orcs might to be bashy, but are they tough enough to stop the elves, same goes for the CDs. Rats are allways a gamble. one day the are pretty easy to beat another day you dont stand a chance.
So my choice are the purple CDs.
Empire Strikes Back Insanity - Short Wild Purple
Next pick is another elven one. And that team isnt capable to Elfbowl as Empire wasn't, so they will they have the choice: Orcs or Rats - they might want to hunt down the rats with the tackle MB blitzer, but i think that wont be enough... so ill go for the orcs.
Two Thunders - Por Tutatis!!
That would lead to the rats... Choices? bashy CDs... 14 DEs (but having 2 niggles) or 14 DEs (having just one niggle) so i think the rats will go for Reisender's DEs.
Flachpfeifens 4th try - Karond Kar Poetry
The big hats will pick one of the elves left... in my list that would be the low amount of players in Trog's team.
Big Hats FTW - Darkness Divine
Jerusalem just 3 times tackle, no skillz to remove the Elfs from the game... so he will take a bash team - and he will take the orcs with less +st and more niggles... the whitekillers.
Jerusalem - Whitekillers
So we have an elfbowlteam, but capable to play any basher... Choices are Chaos, Orcs or DE.. to keep the team intact he will go for the DEs.
Higgis Haubencenter - Falling Down
EDIT: cos of TR massive orcish TRdropping ill predict the Orcs will get a nice pick when they challenge some Elves...
Fleetfoot's Revenge - Falling Down
Last but not least will be the clash of the Orcs vs Chaos.
Death's Angels - Fleetfoot's Revenge
Thats why The Elfbowlers will cope with some true Bashpowerchaos
Higgis Haubencenter - Death's Angels
Dropping cash, Coaches, CLs, Players or RRs might change the picture...

dunno - i try to get an answer...
due to long offline time.. he wasnt aware of extension and wasnt able to contact the oppo when to play the final...

To be honest, its what I expected all of us to do. That's why instead of dumping 70K after qualifying I bought 4 coaches and 3 cheerleaders. This was I know I'm safe getting rid of as much or as little as I need to move into a better 'slot'. Nothing in the rules saying you can't (PC - feel free to correct me), and in my opinion this isn't even that 'gamey'. |

The teamns will be fixed at misnight Sataday. Until then people may play up to three games with their teams, hire, fire, buy, rent or do anything else they wish.
I expect some late sataday team trimming. Bear in mind we dont even know for sure that all 16 qualifier winners will enter or will meet the FE requirements. IT could be we some/one losing finalist in the draw. It happened often before.
If the tactical challenge aspect isnt to your taste, you are free not to enter.
But if you enter, you dance to the same tune as everyone else.
Sataday 23:59:59 teasm will be frozen, leaving ample time to send Shadow46x2 you challenge pick list. |
