** Milford reporting from the UI qualifier **
Well Fumbbl fans the UI has kicked off and we are ready for another installment of majors action.
UI VI is the second major of the year and a chance for those teams that missed the first one or got knocked out of the Warpstone Open a chance for redemption, glory, fame and a nice trophy and some cool gear.
So Iam getting settled in here at the posh resort that is hosting the UI Qualifiers and going through the brackets sipping on my pina colada and getting a tan. |

Well Fumbbl fans the first match of the UI has allready been played and man was it ugly.
Silent Storm rolls right over Viper Strike and elf balls them into the pitch. The lizards had no answers and were run off the field.
The first victim of the UI has been "bagged" and it is fitting it is a really nice super star Wardancer, Eldoth Thalandor. |

Well down one pina colada and here are the races in the Light Qualifier.
Wood Elves: 16
Humans : 13
Dwarf: 13
High Elf: 9
Lizardmen: 7
Amazon: 3
Norse: 2
Pro Elf: 1
Halflings: 0 (Boo!)
Surely with 13 human teams one or two of them can win a qualifier and have a shot to raise that coveted majors trophy? The quest for glory once again has high hopes before the actual games begin, lets see how it plays out. |

Mutants Anonymous vs. Disadattati
Mutants giving up 2 handis with 2 nigglers is dangerous, and yet that CW is wickedly good. While this could go either way (much like shadow on winecoolers) I predict the chaos will pull away in OT with a battered team.
2-1 Mutants win (OT)
Haandbold Piger vs. Slimeesh Mudsters
Had the Mudsters drawn a Dark Elven opponent, this game would have been a treat. Unfortunately, they drew the original Danish ass kicker Buur and his wickedly clawed and statted chaos team.
2-0 Piger romps!
Devastating Crew vs. Folsom Prison Blues
Well, the perk to not getting this prediction in time is that I would have predicted a Darkie victory. Instead, the Orcs show the darkies their "O Face" with 3 RIPs and a niggle.
2-1 Devastating Crew wins
Sons of discord vs. Magia PotaGiaII
Sons of Discord could actually make this interesting as they have 3 players with tackle, MB, and claw. Interesting does not always equate to winning though and I see the elves making it through comfortably with some injuries.
2-0 Magia controls the pace
Second round to come but Haandbold Piger is going to be the odds on favorite here.

Well here is the break down for the dark qualifiers
Chaos:16
Orc:15
Dark Elf: 14
Skaven: 4
Ogre: 4
Khemri: 4
Undead: 3
Chaos Dwarf: 3
Vampire: 1
Necromantic: 0
Goblin: 0 (just not the same with out the Low Few)
Well I see the CD trend in Majors has not taken off yet. The Chaos Dwarves are going to have a rough go of it to make it 4 in a row for majors. But you never know, right?
Lets see if the Green Skins can make a better showing in the UI, that was a pitiful display from the orc race in the Warpstone Open. |

The only reason there isn't another CD team in there and the reason the Big Hats aren't in the UI is down to my complete screw up in entering them into a Sched SMACK at the start of the week, then deciding I wanted them in the UI. Forgot to withdraw from the SMACK, it got drawn first and they were stuck in it, and the rest is history...

My group is crazy as far as CR goes. In the Ash Lantern qualifier, a guy with CR 169.21 is sitting in 6th place out of 8. I'm 7th at 167.76. The lowest rated coach has CR 163.09. The average CR is 170.39. Should make for good viewing! |

CR just suck... my team is the lowest in TR and we dont stand a chance to see the final....and my CR is 2nd best in the qualifier... |
