Player was sent off although GTR was active. Jesperius dropped out of the game too! Potential crash so..

With CRP(LRB6) GTR does not prevent a send off, just gives an extra bribe.

Not a bug, Get The Ref now gives each team 1 bribe to use, it doesn't ignore all fouling. There is this bug however, http://fumbbl.com/index.php?name=PNphpBB2&file=viewtopic&t=18035 , for bribes not working correctly which is probably what you experienced to get the game to crash.
