Sorry no screenshot as i wasnt sure of the rules. After finishing the game i saw that the player must move 1 square to get the +1 to st.

thats not the case now, assuming you mean during a blitz? the horns are effective even if the block is at the very start of the blitz
Horns (Mutation)
A player with Horns may use them to butt an opponent. Horns adds 1 to
the player’s Strength for any block(s) he makes during a Blitz Action. |

Not a bug. See quoted rules above. Also note that Horns get added before Dauntless now, instead of after. |
