How come its not possible to do a Paul Hicks and Leap Foul in FFB? Im just askin Cool

I've heard that tossed around a few times... what does it mean exactly? Fouling after a leap seems obvious, too obvious.

It is a bug and it is reported in the bug-reporting system.

i thnik they already implemented the

leap +3/ with ball in hands +4 / troll +3 inj roll modifiers

It is implemented, but only if you leap to the downed players square with the leap for a leaping foul... The move is called "The stomp"

And if the leaping foul does not remove the fouled player from the field the leaping player is scattered in a randomn direction, right? Smile

it'd be nice to add the "secret" bonuses for fouling:

fouling with the ball
fouling with a big guy
leap-fouling
etc

of course, leap-fouling with a troll carrying the ball should be insta-kill

just don't show the bonuses in the log

Also.. A thrown gobbo, carrying the ball, scattering and landing on a prone player should be given the option to do a foul action as part of the TTM sequence of events, as an addition to any other move action he may elect to do:
The rationale being that the gobbo contorted himself in fligh, to ensure that his knee would make contact with the exposed throat of the prone player

or an extension of this would be to use the gobbo as a weapon, kinda like a bomb....obviously counting as the pass action for the turn, big guy uses TTM to launch the gobbo into an opposing player normal pass rules apply, with a hit with MB if the gobbo connects, although the opposing player has chance to catch the gobbo. Treat the hit as both down and armour rolls as normal but if opposing player catches gobbo then treat it as attacker down in a square adjacant to the player, use scatter template.

You guys are seriously up to something here. This seems to be a proper improvement of the existing Ruleset. =D
