(If you are English, then there are 14 lbs in a stone. If you are European, there are 2.2 lbs to a kilo.)

3 weeks ago I was 295lb
Today I am 280lbs.
I would have to go into a coma to get under 230lbs.
I am just a large man.
To give you an idea I was 6'2" string bean graduating high school and I weighed 195lbs then.
So most wouldn't call me fat but I am NOT thin. |
