Just cant make my mind up on this one . So asking for a few opinions to help me decide .

this elf thrower just rolled 6 + 6 .
i see it like this;-
take +st and at 76spp i ll have st4 blodge sure hands ball carrier, but thats a long way off and he s niggled.
Strong arm, so he ll hardly ever need more than 2+ to reach my catchers.
A few other possibilities i'll include in the survey

Give him the boot before someone else does! If he had Blodge on top of the Sure Hands, he'd have been valuable enough to keep as a ballcarrier, but right now he's a liability at av 7 with a Niggle and no protective skills. |

I would suggest firing all the niggles on the team, him included.
I might be tempted to keep the catcher, but the others will cause trouble.
If he had blodge I would suggest keeping him, but the Str 4 with Niggle is just TV weight. |

I also would go for the niggle retire / refit operation. TV's looking all bloated. |

Was just out walking the dog and it occured to me another option should have been. . . Fire him ?.. and it seems thats the general consensus
So this thread has turned into help me manage my team please 
Keeping in mind we ve just won through to the 2nd round of the W O C qual.
I realise the tv is bloated and looking at it can see now the thrower needs firing .
Im reluctant to get rid of the kicker and dp niggles at this stage in the tourney and the frenzy catch has to die on the field surely .
if i fire all nigglers except the catcher and then buy a rookie thrower i think i would have tv 2060 and 13 players .
Or just fire the thrower keeping the other 3 and have 14 elfs at 2240.

General Consensus? It's been the main feedback from some talented coaches, but the poll is giving a clear majority to take the +st.
I'd take the +st. It would make him +110 tv over a rookie thrower, do you think you can get better value than him in inducements for that?
Having said that, the guys telling you too ditch him win a lot more games than I do... |

I'd be inclined to take the +St and then fire him after the tournament (being mid-tourney is something to mention in the original post  ) |

just looked at other teams in my qualifier , all good coaches with good teams 
all above tv2000 so wont be giving up too many inducements if we stay where we are |

Yup didnt realise it was in a tourney, keep +st for the tourney. Fire as soon as you are out. |
