Hi!!!
I know is a very usual issue, but when I launch a game it can´t connect.
I have installed last version of Java.... perhaps a firewall?
Is there a guide of common problems?

I'm actually suddenly having something similar.
Today I had several games without incident in the morning.
Now though, I got booted midway through a game, and trying to rejoin it makes it agonizingly slow (lag 3-5 seconds after each click).
Now, I can't even join a game, or spectate, though I can log onto the website (and these forums) just fine.
