Sorry but still i don't understand....

For example: in my next UI match i have a TV of 1740, and my opponent has a TV of 1850.
If i wanna buy the wiz with inducement, how many money i have to put in petty cash?

150k, petty cash raises your TV before you calculate inducements.

For every 10k you add, your TV increases by 10, so adding just 10, you'll have 1750 and get 10k less in inducements. So in order to get a wizard, you need to spend the full amount.
