Maximum length for bio?
Have quite a long and extensive bio for my team http://www.fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=team&op=view&team_id=683627 today i added 2 of Shraags scripts and copy and pasted the results.
After updating i noticed that the bottom 3rd of the bio had disappeared. Luckily i had copy and pasted into word before hitting update!
I tried again and again and can only come to the conclusion that there must be a maximum post length for bio. Although i wasnt informed that i was over or that the amount over would be deleted.
Im so glad that i copied and backed up the bio before posting it as it would literally take hours to get the information back going back through replays etc.
Anyone know if this is the issue? Anyone know a sneaky way to post the results from scripts without them taking up huge amounts of characters?

Yup, there is a maximum, and no, there is no way to be sneaky. |

I have experienced this as well. Some team bios are simply too bloated. |

Pretty much. HTML is officially not supported, so... yeah. |

The best solution is to create a Box team with no team pic, no team bio and all names generated by a name-generation website.
I have seen the future, and it is uninspired. |

You could take a screenshot of the tables, then show the screenshot in the bio |

And the team name should inform the opponent that you have also figured out that Claw, Piling On and Mighty Blow can be combined. Any name with the words "Claw", "POMB" or "Box" is a grrreat name! A combination of them is even better... That is if you can't come up with something that sounds like the brain fart of a slug, like "Yokelheim Yo Mommas" or "I'm in the Box!" (which also fits the first category).
Extra points for typos in the team name! |

Unless you happen to lose! If you can't CAS but your opponent does, the first thing you should do (in order) is 1) concede, 2) write a comment on how incredibly lucky your opponent was and 3) try to find a weaker opponent to pick on. |
How many Box games is this for you, Lieutenant? |

Played one, seen many.
I've had a blast watching some games that followed the above routine. There was a real string of these games recently, but no naming & shaming! The player in question has since recovered from his "bad luck" (got some fabulous luck of his own!) and has since shut up.
Or is this one of the things that can't be joked about or even mentioned before playing 2000 games?
*goes back to his humble corner to be grateful* |

I haven't actually set a specific limit on it. From what I can see, the actual limit should be somewhere along the lines of 1MB.. If your bio takes up this much space, you're doing something wrong anyway. |
