My all zombie team, Dirty Cranberries have produced the highest scoring zombie of all time on fumbbl...

Congratulations mate, an honour to have played against him when he broke the barrier. Now to put pay to him getting Legendary status!! (not really out to get him, but if it creates a rivalry then so much the better :p)

Yup, great achievement. The problem with the records is that a lot of old teams/players don't show. Especially if the coach isn't active.

A quick search I found an equal in ranked.

harvestmouse, how do you find those 'hidden' players? You know the names of certain coaches to go check out or you got some other method?

There are different searches you can put in to find different stats, but I've long forgotten. In this case I was pretty sure that team would have a zombie with more TDs. I'm sure a couple of other teams at least would have as well.

Well, I think Christer has always had a lot of problems with them. From a coding point of view and from a database load perspective, they have been very taxing. Don't quote me on that however.

My guess is that Darkbones Zombie would be number one of all time, or near it. I could be very wrong though. In ranked, inactive coaches don't show at all, so any coach in the past could have had a great one. Most likely your zombie is the top ranked scorers in the CRP era though (I don't think there were any longterm CRP zombie scorers before).

I don't think the 2 can be compared however. Having watched the Darkbones and played all zombies, they are almost impossible in CRP compared to LRB4. Where as of course aging in LRB4 killed a lot of records (case in point being this 48 TDer who aged to retirement on his legend skill)and also that he'd have continued to add tr with every spp he got. So I think they are very different achievements.

I appreciate the technical difficulties with the Top Lists (now I know of them!), and had no idea that when you selected all-time it actually didn't mean all-time Very Happy

I still get loads of enjoyment from the team, but it is kinda disappointing to find out one of the goals I'd set myself (highest scoring zombie on fumbbl of all time) was so misleading.

Is there any way to find out what the real zombie records are? I appreciate different rulesets will effect the relative ease of achieving them, but it'd be nice to know just for my own amusement.
