As you already all know, World Cup in Football is comming soon 
So i was thinking can we make something like world cup here on FUMBBL for fun?
We would collect one player from every country we can, make big draw and make groups in similar format like on World cup.
It could be only for new teams, which would need to have country flag and name of country. and players maybe named by football players from that country.
What do you think?

It's been done before, although the format was slightly different.
But if you want to launch it i'm sure you'll get people. |

Interesting, but i would make it simpler. I know they are many coacher from one country, but they can represent country with maybe no players at all i mean ,why not?
I would launch it, but im nooby about that so i dont know how to do it |

You'll always be a noob unless you actually try to create a tournament 
Just create a group first, play with the bio, tournament formats, options... to get familiar with it, then make it public or just go create a new group for the tournament.
Since you already have the format, it shouldn't be all that hard. And of course, there's a bunch of experienced tournament admins that will help you should questions arise. |

Just to clarify people create a team, play 3 group matches, top 2 from each group goes to the knock out phase until we have a winner. And that's that. So a quick little fun tourney.
Would be cool to try and play the matches around when the real matches are played. 
Since Denmark was too noobish to qualify I could maybe play as some middle eastern/african country if you can't get a prober coach from that country. |

Hi mate,
If you plan this as to be run at the same time as World cup, same nations, 32 coaches, same format as WC and scheduele and once it is finished, see you in 2 years for the Eurocup spot event, i am definetly interested! |

Have we considered resurrecting the FUMBBL World Cup? That was a good tournament.
Although, can we do that in modern League? Potentially not... |
