So once agin I found myself looking at the group list hoping to find something interesting only to find a mess of confusing, closed, or dead groups.
The group list needs a major spring cleaning
1. Go delete all dead groups. If it hasn't been active within the last 12 months, its time to put the boot to that washed up niggled super star.
2. Give groups a recruiting/closed icon controlled by the group managers. Preferably a symbol next to the group on the group list itself and on the group's homepage.
3+... any other good ideas you guys think of..... |

I agree that Groups need an overhaul, however seemingly inactive groups could just be the information page for a league with several sub-groups. Or maybe it's a gathering of friends playing together without running actual tournaments. What I'm trying to say that making inactivity for X months the only cut-off point might be a bad idea. |
