Hello there
I accepted a game in ranked, and during one long minute, I waited for my opponent, but nothing happened.
I checked my home page and the game wasn t scheduled, so I connected myself again , and I find a game very quickly.
You guess what happened, he finally accepted the game, he waited for me, I prevent him for my defection and we agreed to cancel the game. How can we do it ? I read I have to make a ticket, is it here the right place ?

Under the 'Help' tab, then the 'FAQ' link you will find what to do if you get disconnected. That is the correct process
