Just curious as to how one could go about making a league with a custom roster in it.
For example, using current rosters except for an LRB4 Ogre roster.
If anyone could shine some light on how you'd go about doing this, I'd appreciate it. |

You need to create a custom ruleset.
Check that it looks like something standard like ruleset 4 ([C]ompetitive)
Create the extra roster and add it to ruleset.
Create a new group.
Set the group type to "League".
Set the ruleset id to the id of the ruleset that you created. (You can only do that after setting the group type to league.)
Tell your coaches to create their teams from the "Create team for this league" link on the group home page.
That pretty much it, I think.
Edit: If you want to remove the current Ogre roster, it becomes a whole lot more work. Just tell the coaches, they gotta use the new one.
Anyone who gets it wrong gets fined a 4 pack of beer. |
